First, this is a GREAT shirt for the Star Wars enthusiast.
Second, who can beat the slogan?

Now put the clever slogan and idea that is behind that (pro-community, urban regeneration, which is all the rage right now), and you have a masterfully designed t-shirt. On the one hand, you are a sensitive, forward thinking, and worthy human concerned about your community and people as a whole. On the other hand, you are freaking funny! Oh, and you like Star Wars.
Not bad.
